We always want you to be happy with your flowers! Please let us know by email immediately if you are not and share a photo. Please reference your order and what went wrong.  All returns must be authorized within 24 hours of delivery. Customer pays return shipping and a 20% restocking fee for flower returns. Unfortunately, any items that are damaged due to improper return packing will not be credited.
