Weston Farms collaborated with Lisanne Lee from L. Thistle Interiors in Utah. Raised among the orchards of California, the rivers of Jackson Hole, and the rugged mountains of Utah, Lisanne’s work is shaped by natures landscapes. With a B.A. in Musical Theater from Brigham Young and Carnegie Mellon University and an M.A. in Theater Education, her foundation in storytelling and performance informs her ability to choreograph emotion, rhythm, and atmosphere within the home.

As Founder and Principal of Thistle Design Group, she translates her clients’ lived histories into spaces that feel deeply personal and artfully composed—honoring heritage while welcoming the new.

Lisanne believes a home isn’t simply built, but authored. A devoted wife and mother of five, she creates sanctuaries where memory, family, and refined craftsmanship intertwine—places made for gathering, celebrating, and savoring the seasons of life.
