Returns & Exchanges
At Weston Farms, we take great care in growing, harvesting, and preparing every item that leaves our farm. Because many of our products are fresh, seasonal, and perishable, we do not offer traditional returns.
Please read the information below carefully before placing your order.
Fresh Flower Policy
All fresh flower sales are final.
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been picked up or delivered.
If your flowers arrive damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery with photos so we can review the issue. While we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds, we will always do our best to make it right when a product does not meet our quality standards.
Non-Floral Products
For non-perishable items (such as vases, décor, gifts, or merchandise), please refer to our full return guidelines outlined on our FAQ page.
View our FAQs for detailed policies on:
- Order changes or cancellations
- Damaged items
- Shipping concerns
- Product-specific policies
Order Accuracy
We encourage customers to review all product descriptions, sizing information, and pickup/delivery details carefully before completing their purchase.
Many of our items are:
- Made to order
- Harvested specifically for your event
- Seasonal and limited in availability
Because of this, we are unable to restock or resell returned items.
Event & Bulk Orders
Custom event florals, wedding orders, and bulk flower purchases are non-refundable once confirmed.
These orders are scheduled and prepared specifically for your event date and often require advance harvesting and design time.
If you have questions about your event order, please contact us prior to your scheduled pickup date.

We appreciate your understanding and your support of our small family farm.
