Established in 2002 Weston Farms produces the highest quality Southern Magnolia available. Our Magnolia is grown and handcrafted into wreaths, garlands and bouquets on the farm and sold at our retail store, website and shipped nationally. Weston Farms has been featured in Southern Living, Our State Magazine, HGTV, Time Warner Cable and PBS. This dynamic and innovative company was founded on the vision of Erin Weston. She moved back to her home state of NC from NYC to save her family farm and grow a luxury product. The Southern Magnolia products combine art, craft and horticulture.
We are seeking motivated individuals with a true love of people, plants, design and small farms to work in the following positions:

• Harvest
• Design
• Shipping

1.Harvest Associate I ($8.50-$10 per hour) This entry level contract position is one of the most important we have at Weston Farms, and has flexibility. The harvester needs to be able to use pruners, follow directions, and willing to work in cold weather. The harvester is responsible for cutting magnolia, greens, and bundling our material for use in wreaths, garlands or bouquets. We reward excellence and the position is a great way to start with our company.

2.Design Assistant ($8.50–$9 per hour) Design Assistant is responsible for streamlining the operations of wreath and bouquet making. This individual preps material for wreaths, bouquets, and garlands; labels and prices wreaths, garlands and bouquets; and organizes workshop and greens. Working in this role will teach a person all the design principals necessary to move to Associate Levels.

3. Design Associate I ($9–$10 per hour) + performance bonus if applicable Expectations:
• Mastery of all Assistant duties +
• Basic bouquets
• Patterned bouquets
• Packaging/Wrapping Bouquets
• Garland Making
• Swag Making
