Each Duet Bloom Box contains a large and small flower and two Weston Farms Southern Magnolia 9″ bouquets. The Weston Farms Magnolia Bloom is an exceptional quality permanent flower, exacting in detail and meticulous in craftsmanship, from veins on the petals to an accurate petal design. The ephemeral nature of real magnolia blooms, lasting only one day, prompted us to seek out an alternative floral to pair with the farm’s fresh foliage.

In 2019 when the Magnolia trees started to bloom at Weston Farms we worked tirelessly with New Growth Designs to create an accurate copy of the flower that blooms on our trees. The Weston Farms Magnolia Blooms feature thick, milky-white, rounded petals with natural veining. They are hand-painted to give a lifelike appearance. This box contains both our large and small bloom. The small bloom measures 5 inches across and the large bloom measures 8 inches. Both blooms have an 8-inch stem with a clip-called we call the Fastenator™. This allows the bloom to easily attach to stems in any arrangement and easily fasten into wreaths or garlands.

The 5-inch bloom is an exact replica of the Weston Farms Magnolia bloom and the 8-inch flower pairs beautifully with our large leaf Brown Velvet Magnolia. Combined they create a melody of beauty. The flowers are made from a mold and the life-like nature is captured in a polymer. Our signature Magnolia is lovingly cultivated so that the back of each emerald green leaf appears to be dipped in chocolate velvet. The small luxurious bouquets are perfect on their own or taken apart and used as an addition to other arrangements.

Our Magnolia is clipped from the tops of our trees resulting in exceptionally straight stems that are easy to use. Each bouquet contains eight stems and the bouquet measures 9” is the perfect accompaniment for our flowers! For a long-lasting fresh bouquet, cut bottoms of stems, strip the leaves to water level and treat them like fresh flowers, changing the water frequently. Make sure to not get your faux flower wet. For long-lasting dry arrangements, simply display without water and the leaves will dry. When not in use, store these flowers in tissue in a box making sure the shape of the bloom is not crushed. They can be dusted with a hairdryer or compressed air.
